SET UP

Client must ensure that a window of 2-3 hours is available for Ultimate Class Event Services to set up chair covers. If this is not possible or covers are more than 300 please confirm this with us to make sure prior arrangement has been made to cater for any expedited service which will incur additional charges as extra paid staff will be required. Project must be within M25 area.

ORDER CANCELLATION

The client may cancel for any reason up to 10 days before the event. However a non –refundable fee of £30 will be held against administration and the remaining amount refunded through the same means with which the client made payment (PayPal, cheque)

LOST OR DAMAGED OR REPLACEMENT COST

Full replacement costs will be applied to covers that are returned torn, ripped or holed. Chair cover replacement fee will be £10 per cover and sashes are £3.00 each. Which will be deducted of any holding security deposit, or in cases where this has not been required, a PayPal invoice will be issued requesting payment to repair the damaged item.

​METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept PayPal for all payments except in cases where the client does not have a PayPal account do we accept a cheque. However if client is collecting or we are fitting we will accept cash. A full Deposit of £50.00 a security deposit, and will be returned if goods are in a good condition.

MISCELLANEOUS

We endeavour and trust that our clients treat us and our goods with respect in order that the above will not be enforced as well as any further actions .Therefore all necessary questions must be asked and answered before proceeding with the booking. We also do not arrange chairs at venues. This must be done prior to our arrival unless agreed otherwise. However if this is requested beforehand an extra charge will be incurred.

FITTING

If we are unable to fit a chair after booking has been confirmed, we will issue a full refund including any deposit and administration costs or refer the client to a well trusted company unless they are happy with alternatives suggested. However if the client takes a sample and does their fitting and comes back to confirm the order, we will not be held liable if on the day the fitting is not perfect as this was at their discretion. We endeavour to double check anyway before the event date so this does not happen.

OMMITED ITEM

Items not included at the point of collection in the designated boxes will warrant a further courier being booked to pick them up which will be paid for by the client as there is only one collection and one delivery charge applied to each order.
